Cancellation policy

Cancellations between four and three weeks before the event will receive a full refund of costs, minus 15%.

Cancellations between three and two weeks before the event will receive a full refund of costs, minus 30%.

Cancellations between two and one week(s) before the event will receive a full refund of costs, minus 45%.

Cancellations within one week before the event are non-refundable.
